Elite Home Management is here to make running your home a worry-free process. We will create a comprehensive profile of your home along with maintenance plans to suit your needs. Your Estate and Concierge Services Manager will outline monthly, bi-annually, and yearly checklists to ensure that all of your home’s systems are running properly. We are happy to oversee landscapers, housekeepers; pool maintenance, etc… whatever needs arise concerning the smooth operation of your home.
The first step of our process is to create a complete walkthrough and assessment of the current condition of your home. This provides a guide for the future maintenance of your home. Your plan consists of a room by room walkthrough, list of contacts and property information, running maintenance file for all appliances and systems, maintenance checklists, and finally, repair recommendations. Upon presentation of your personal maintenance book, you and your Estate and Concierge Services Manager will determine a maintenance schedule and the order of importance of any repair and/or new work to be done to the property.
